The 2019 Restoration Summit will be Nov. 12 at the Mississippi Coat Coliseum and Convention Center.
The Healthy Families, Mothers and Babies Initiative is a five-year project focused on increasing community support for breastfeeding and healthy behaviors in the African American community.
The event was part of the Magnolia Bayou Watershed Project.
The two-year program is funded by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality and is led by GCCDS landscape designer Tracy Wyman.
