Acceptance Process and Requirements
Acceptance to the School of Architecture is limited and highly competitive. Admission to Mississippi State University does not guarantee acceptance to the School of Architecture.
The acceptance process consists of two steps for all students:
1. Apply to Mississippi State University and indicate a major in architecture.
Architecture Externships, Internships, and Cooperative Education
To help gain professional experience, the School of Architecture facilitates externships and co-ops and helps with internships through our Career Expo and job postings.
Architecture Summer Camp: Design Discovery
Design Discovery is a weeklong summer workshop intended to answer many of the questions about architecture and design as fields of study and as professions.
