MSU School of Architecture celebrates 50-year milestone
Established in 1973 by the Board of Trustees of the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning, the first class of 16 students graduated from the MSU School of Architecture in May 1978.

Gregory will serve on the National Architectural Accrediting Board of Directors for a three-year term starting in January 2026.

Mass timber project by MSU architecture student places in international design competition
Paulina Fernandez placed ninth out of 130 entries in the 2025 Timber Design Competition at the Timber Construction Conference in Pretoria, South Africa.

Why did you choose CAAD at MSU?
I chose CAAD at MSU because of the engaging faculty and students who seem to constantly be improving.
Favorite spot on campus?
The Mitchell Memorial Library basement. It's both a quiet place to study and has the most interesting historic books.
If you could go back and tell your high school self one thing, what would it be?
Don't try to come up with a reason for everything. Some things have a purpose in your life that cannot be explained.
