College of Architecture, Art and Design

Christie McNeal is the communications specialist for the College of Architecture, Art and Design at Mississippi State University. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing communications. Christie has worked at Journal, Inc. in Tupelo and at Southern Progress Corporation in Birmingham, Alabama. She currently resides in Columbia with her husband, L.V., principal at Columbia High School; their son, Vaughn; and their daughter, Annie.

As the embedded counselor for Mississippi State University’s College of Art, Architecture, and Design, my role is to serve as a point person for mental health within the college.
