Alpha Rho Chi is the only national co-ed professional fraternity for architecture and the allied arts. Mississippi State's Hippodamus chapter includes students from architecture, landscape architecture, graphic design, engineering, English, and more. The “Hippos" actively work together to host a series of professional events every spring, fundraising events for their philanthropy throughout the year, brotherhood events for chapter bonding, a White Rose Formal each fall, and a summer retreat for bonding/business. Recruiting and pledging occur in the beginning of the fall semester.
