The College of Architecture, Art and Design Dean's Council hosted a series of events for CAAD students, faculty and staff to wind down and de-stress before the end of the semester.
The day kicked off with a "free-for-all paint wall" with spray painting and paint-filled water balloons.
Next, a teacher from The Studio Barre and Wellness in Starkville taught a "Restore" class that focused on breathing, meditation, and movement.
