22-Piece Dinnerware Set
Artist Statement
My motivation for creating this body of work comes from my interest in functional vessels and traditional ceramic items such as plates, bowls, and cups. I really admire the idea that something I made with my own hands could be a part of someone’s everyday life or have a place in their home. I am interested in making a personal connection between myself as the maker of the object and the user of each individual piece.
