MSU School of Architecture celebrates 50-year milestone
Established in 1973 by the Board of Trustees of the Mississippi Institutions of Higher Learning, the first class of 16 students graduated from the MSU School of Architecture in May 1978.

Alexis Gregory will serve a three-year term as a director on the National Architectural Accrediting Board, the only accrediting institution of architecture degrees in the U.S.
Two Mississippi State architecture students received prestigious travel awards, including the $20,000 Aydelott Travel Award.

Two to three exemplary projects from each year level will be presented with Harrison lecturer Eric Höweler serving as guest critic.
Awards will also be presented to first- through fourth-year students.
