The Mississippi State University Department of Art and Galleries is excited to present the 7th Annual CAAD+CALS Exhibition from December 1-5, 2025 in the Old Main Art Gallery.
This year, art students were invited to learn about the Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Design and its mission of "fostering the will and ability to plan, design, build, and manage regenerative communities".
Works included in the show range from drawing to collage to web design.
Jamie Runnells, who taught at MSU from 2002-2013, returns after serving a stint as coordinator of Jacksonville State University’s Master of Fine Arts program, where she also held the title of distinguished professor of visual communication.
Free and open to the public, “Transience” is viewable May 11-17 in the Visual Arts Center and Cullis Wade Depot art galleries with a reception from 2-4 p.m. on May 11.
Rylee Brabham is a senior fine arts student; Christina McField is a 2016 fine arts graduate from MSU.
