Tell us a little about what you do in your role at FL Crane
My team and I focus on everything from finances, hiring, sales, and operations. Personally, I am most passionate about leadership and prefabrication, so I spend as much of my time as possible on these two topics.
Why did your company join our advisory board?
We feel that the construction industry gets a bad wrap and that there needs to be more of an emphasis on the opportunities at all levels in the industry.
What piece of advice do you have for students
Find a company with opportunity, give it time, soak up all you can, and constantly work on personal development. Companies don’t want to hire someone with a history of bouncing from job to job, so be selective on the front end.
