The College of Architecture, Art and Design has a number of gallery spaces to bring in outside artists’ work for exhibition as well to showcase student and faculty work.
The Bob and Kathy Luke Library, located in Giles Hall – the main building housing the College of Architecture, Art and Design and the School of Architecture, is a resource for Mississippi State University College of Architecture, Art and Design students; faculty; staff; and the local community. The library includes collections of rare materials, periodicals, reserve readings, serials, slides, maps, drawing, and media.
Each of our programs in the college (architecture, art, building construction science, and interior design) has specialty print and large-format plot labs to support students and their needs for projects. The college also has lighting labs for students to study the effects of lighting on spaces as well as to experiment with lighting for photography.
