I don't sleep that much...

Hello! I currently teach Web Design (ART 4883) and Multimedia (ART 4813) in the Department of Art at Mississippi State University.
Web Design revolves around a central foundation in semantic markup and CSS combined with strong ties to visual aesthetic and interaction. Because the way we work and interact on the web changes daily...I get to learn continually...which is why I teach.
Multimedia is rooted in interactive media including Flash, Audio, and Video. The class enables traditional design students to transition from the world of print design to rich and engaging media experiences on the web. This is a fun, rowdy class!
As a service to students, I built and manage a website featuring demo files and tutorial lessons around key concepts in the class...feel free to check it out:

As a part of my research component, I build and design web sites for clients nationally. This allows me to learn new languages, techniques, and keep an eye on industry trends...all in an effort to bring relevant content to the classroom. Feel free to check out some of my recent client work in the gallery on the right.
