[Principal Investigator] Building Bridges: Exposure, Exploration, and Empowerment through Design. $48,000 Gear Up Mississippi Summer Camp sponsored by Gear Up Mississippi, Mississippi State University, and the College of Architecture, Art, and Design, Summer 2006.  Two seven day residential summer camps intended to introduce minority and under-represented populations to the design professions; with Amy Crumpton, Visiting Assistant Professor of Interior Design, and Herb Rieth, Assistant Professor of Art.

[Principle Investigator] From Barrier to Threshold: Encouraging Intercultural and Interfaith Community in Christian Spaces. $2,000 Criss Grant, The Criss Fund, Mississippi State University, 2006.  Funded travel to Jerusalem to study the interstitial spaces proximal to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
