Spring 2008---ARC 4990: MSU Campus Carbon Inventory and Mitigation Study
This multi-disciplinary course will establish a carbon footprint baseline for the MSU campus and propose mitigation strategies to make the campus a sustainable one. We will work with upper level MSU administration to put the University on a path to a green future.
  • 3 credits---Course will satisfy ELECTIVE credit
  • Meeting time: TBA once weekly
  • MUST HAVE 10 STUDENTS REGISTERED TO BE OFFERED

Chris is an associate professor of architecture at the School of Architecture at Mississippi State University where he teaches design studios, assemblages, and architectural theory. He is licensed as a registered Architect. He has previously taught at the Boston Architectural Center and North Dakota State University.

Built around issues of ethics and intersubjective communication, his research interests include pedagogies of professional design education, contemporary American architecture, theories of formmaking and objecthood, and the philosophical structures of architectural practice.
