Benjamin Harvey received his graduate degrees in Art History from the University of Birmingham, UK, and UNC-Chapel Hill. His research focuses on word and image issues, especially as they pertain to the art and literature of nineteenth-century France and to Bloomsbury. His publications have appeared in the following journals and books: The Burlington Magazine, The Charleston Magazine, H-France, Literature Compass, The Northwestern Journal of Art History, Number: An Independent Arts Journal, The Virginia Woolf Bulletin, and Woolf & the Art of Exploration.
